Contact form. When you reach out, you share your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message. It is used only to reply to you.

Orders. If you purchase a test kit or product, you provide a name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details go directly to the payment processor — card numbers are never stored on this website.

Basic site data. Standard technical information such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate region may be recorded to keep the site working well.

Appointments are scheduled through Lakes Wellness Spa's booking system, and any intake or treatment records live there under their privacy practices — not on this website. Please do not send detailed health information through the contact form.

To respond to your questions, fulfill and ship orders, provide the services you request, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates. Information is never sold, rented, or traded.

Only with the service providers needed to run the practice: the payment processor, shipping carriers, the email provider, and the booking system. Each receives only what it needs. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
