Bodywork Appointments are booked and managed through Lakes Wellness Spa's online booking system. Their scheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies apply to those appointments and are shown during booking.

Product availability and prices can change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed by the payment processor. If an item turns out to be unavailable, you'll be contacted and refunded.

Orders generally ship within a few business days. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the package.

Because of their nature, nutrition test kits are non-returnable once opened or used, and supplements are non-returnable once the seal is broken. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email within 14 days and it will be made right.

Massage, myofascial release, and nutrition services support your overall wellbeing and do not replace care from your physician. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk with your health care provider about your individual situation and before changing anything about your care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabetha Gravelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Becker County, Minnesota.
